*** The Los Angeles Global Entry Enrollment Center has relocated to 11099 S. La Cienega Blvd. #155, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Please note, this location is not at the airport. *** Please park in the designated Global Entry visitor parking slots or the CBP visitor parking areas marked with green curbs. Do not park in any other locations or your vehicle will be towed.

***PRINT THIS LETTER OR A SCREEN SHOT ON YOUR PHONE TO SHOW AT THE ENROLLMENT CENTER CHECK-IN COUNTER. *** Must bring: ā¢ VALID/UNEXPIRED PASSPORT BOOK. (Passport Cards will not be accepted). ā¢ Driver's license (If your residence is different from what is listed on your driver's license, please provide PROOF OF CURRENT RESIDENCY.) ā¢ If applicable, Lawful Permanent Resident Card (with machine readable zone) ā¢ If you have ever been arrested, please bring certified court documents showing the disposition of your arrest(s) regardless of the date and outcome. (A name search document will not be accepted). If interviewing for the APEC Program, please provide proof of current business involvement with businesses located in APEC approved countries. Only the applicant with an appointment will be allowed access to the enrollment center, exception for minor children(17 under) arriving with parent/guardian. If making appointments for family, please ensure that an appointment was reserved by logging into each account to book an appointment. You may only book one appointment per account. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
