Directions & Parking
From the North or South on I95, take the airport exit, follow signs for arrivals road, rental car road, parking in term A west. Parking is NOT validated; it is your expense. CBP is on the 3rd floor, the international arrivals hall. At the left side of Intl Hall, just beyond the overhead "Do Not Enter" sign, next to the double glass doors. CBP Officers will come out every 15 minutes and will confirm your name and appointment time. no need to ring the door bell. Feel free to have a seat, an officer will come out and walk you in.

No walk-ins will be seen; an individual 1 per person appointment is required. **Scheduling of appointments can only be completed online through your account**Directions for multiple appointments must be followed as directed on the website. One appointment is for one person only, including immediate family members. All Applicants are required to bring their valid passports.
