You will be allowed entry on or near your appointment time. Do not enter through the secured door unless your name has been called. If you are with your minor child(ren), stay with them. Again, this is a limited access facility without a waiting area. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. There are no public restrooms in the waiting area.
