***HEADING SOUTH on 15 enter the United States. After inspection, take exit 43 and turn right. Stay on West Service Road until you reach the parking lot. The Enrollment Center is in the Cargo Building on top of the hill. Follow the crosswalk to the sliding glass doors to enter the Enrollment Center.
***HEADING NORTH on I 87 get off Exit 43 and turn right. Take the next right on West Service Road. This road ends at our parking lot. The Enrollment Center is in the Cargo Building on top of the hill. Follow the crosswalk to the sliding glass doors to enter the Enrollment Center.
Please bring all original documents including; driver's license, permanent resident card, visas, and passports from any country that have been issued to you. If you are bringing your child to their interview and the other parent is not present, please make sure to bring a letter of consent to travel, enroll, and renew them into the program with a photocopy of the other parent’s enrollment card, driver’s license, and passport. If you were ever fingerprinted as part of any arrest or incident, please bring the associated court documents to your interview. Each applicant must have their own appointment scheduled.
