  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You understand that you can stop receiving notifications at any time by removing your location alerts from the dashboard

4. Managing Your Notifications

You have full control over the notifications you receive from our service. To stop receiving notifications for any location:

  • Visit your dashboard on the home page
  • Find the location alert you wish to remove
  • Click the remove/delete button for that location
  • Once removed, you will no longer receive any notifications for that location

You can remove all notifications by removing all location alerts from your dashboard. This will immediately stop all notifications (browser, email, and SMS) associated with your account for those locations.

5. SMS Notifications and Consent

5.1 Premium Plan SMS Features

Users who purchase our Premium plan have access to SMS notifications. By selecting the Premium plan, you explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications related to your appointment tracking services.

5.2 Types of SMS Messages

  • Appointment availability alerts
  • Changes to your tracked appointment slots
  • Important updates about your selected enrollment centers
  • Security notifications and verification codes
  • Service updates that may affect your appointment tracking

5.3 Opt-in Process

Your consent to receive SMS notifications is obtained through:

  • Selecting the Premium plan during signup or upgrade
  • Providing your phone number during the Premium plan activation
  • Confirming your opt-in through our double opt-in verification process

5.4 Frequency of Messages

Message frequency varies based on:

  • Your selected notification preferences
  • Availability of appointment slots at your chosen locations
  • Important account or service updates

Our Pro and Premium plans provide access to their respective features for the specified duration of time purchased. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions, but they do expire after the purchased time period.

  • Email address for account access and notifications
  • Phone number (only if provided for SMS notifications)
  • All payment information is handled directly by our payment provider

We do not collect, store, or sell any additional personal information. We do not share or sell any user data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." We:

  • Cannot guarantee the availability of appointment slots
  • Do not control or manage the actual appointment system
  • Cannot promise that notifications will result in successful appointment bookings
  • Are not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages related to appointment availability or booking

We strive to provide accurate and timely information but cannot be held liable for any inability to secure appointments, system downtime, or notification delays.
