Directions & Parking
The Customs and Border Protection Global Entry Enrollment Center in Des Moines is located in a brick building on the south side of the main airport terminal directly across from the BLUE parking lot.
Important Notes
Free parking is available in front of the office. Please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. An Officer will come out to meet you and escort you in. Make sure you have your passport and your driver's license with you as well as a valid proof of address. Firearms are not permitted. Walk-in appointments are not available at this location. If your scheduled appointment time is outside regular business hours, we will have an officer here to complete those scheduled interviews.
